Some notes:
Due to Android restrictions, devices running Android 2.2 will only be able to use the rear-facing camera. Devices with Android 2.3 or higher will be able to use both front and rear-facing cameras.
If you’re using Android 2.2 (Froyo) or greater on a device not listed below, you should still be able to enable video calling within Skype’s settings. Please note that the video call quality may not be as good as on the supported devices below. Your phone will not be able to video call if this setting is unavailable.

The Skype support desk is horrible. I use various of Skype paid services and pay an average of 70 dollars a month, mostly simply for calling. However when I ran into an issue with a subscription, it took me forever to finally get from the forums (which didn't answer my questions) to a chat with a skype person. After an hour of chatting, sending screenshots I was told someone would reach out to me soon. Over a week later I get an email asking for screenshots again. Weeks later, I still haven't heard back. When I tried to email the address that I emailed the screenshots to, I get a message that the email address is no longer in use. So in summary. Skype is great as free to use software, but don't expect any real customer service as a paying customer.
